Which spreadsheets work?
Any order-level export — one row per order or order line. Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce, Squarespace, POS systems, and plain Excel workbooks all work; we read the first worksheet.
Exported from Odoo? Just upload it. We recognise Odoo column names (Untaxed Amount, Partner, Date Order, Product Quantity…) and flatten the Invoices Statistics pivot with its monthly group rows. Sales, Invoices, POS, and Purchase exports work as they are.
| Field | Headers we detect | |
|---|---|---|
Revenue required | revenue, total, amount, sales, price, subtotal, untaxed amount, amount total | Every headline number |
Date | date, order date, invoice date, date order, confirmation date, delivery date | Revenue-over-time chart |
Order ID | order id, invoice, invoice number, reference, number, order number, serial | Accurate order count |
Customer name | customer, client, partner, commercial partner, email, name, contact | Top customers and repeat rate |
Product name | product, item, sku, service, products/description | Top products |
Quantity | quantity, qty, product quantity, qty invoiced, qty delivered | Units and average-order accuracy |
Category | category, product type, product category, collection, department | Revenue by category |
Cost | cost, cogs, standard price, inventory value, unit cost | Gross profit and margin |
Status | status, order status, fulfillment | Refund and cancellation rate |
City / region | city, region, location, market | Top cities and regions |
Don't worry about naming. If detection misses a column you can pick it by hand in the next step. Only revenue is required — everything else simply adds more insight.
